First off, you gotta have Steam installed. Once you've got that sorted, open Steam and head to the 'Store' section. In the search bar, type 'Apex Legends' and hit enter. Find Apex Legends in the search results, and click on it. There should be a big 'Play Game' button on the Apex Legends page. Click that, follow the setup instructions, and you're golden! Apex Legends will download and then it'll be available in your library for whenever you wanna jump in.

I don't get why you'd launch through Steam when you can directly use the Origin client. Feels like adding an extra step for no reason.

Just search for Apex Legends in the Steam store, download it, and boom! You're ready to drop in.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
