Hey! When launching Tetris Effect, you'll usually get prompted to choose between VR and Non-VR modes. Just select Non-VR when that happens.

Just disable any VR hardware connected to your PC, then run the game. It should launch in standard mode automatically!

Here's a quick fix from personal experience: if you鈥檙e on Steam, right-click Tetris Effect in your library, select 'Launch Game' and pick 'Launch Tetris Effect (Non-VR)' from the options.
