Honestly, just focus on general fitness and breathing techniques from martial arts or yoga. Demon Slayer is awesome, but it's still fiction. Don't expect to start spouting flames or water dragons.
You can find loads of YouTube tutorials where fans and martial artists break down the breathing styles from Demon Slayer. Just type in 'Demon Slayer breathing techniques tutorial' and you'll be on your way to mastering Water Breathing like Tanjiro!
I've tried some of these breathing techniques myself! Start with deep breathing when you're relaxed. Slowly increase the intensity and add some movement. It might not make you a Hashira, but it really helps with focus and endurance!
