How to Learn Mystic Arte in Tales of Vesperia
To unlock Mystic Arte in Tales of Vesperia, make sure your character is at least Level 50 and has the Special skill equipped. During Over Limit Level 3 or higher, simply use an Arcane, Altered, or Burst Arte, then hold the Attack button!

You don't need Mystic Artes to beat the game. Just focus on your basic skills and combos!
