Head over to your Marketplace purchase history, find the item you bought or sold, and you'll see an option to leave a review right there.
Just go to your Marketplace inbox, find the conversation with the seller or buyer, and click 'Rate Seller' or 'Rate Buyer'! Easy peasy!
