Super easy! Just open the game lobby, look for the squad tab, and there should be an option to leave squad. You can also click on your player icon and select 'leave team.' Done and done!

Press the 'start' button to bring up the in-game menu, then navigate to your squad options. You'll see an option to leave the squad there. Easy peasy!
