How to leave the Institute in Fallout 4 Survival mode?
Leaving the Institute in Fallout 4's Survival mode is pretty much the same as in other modes, but you gotta be more strategic. First, make sure you complete all necessary quests inside the Institute. Then, use the teleporter to get out. Remember, in Survival mode, you can't fast travel the normal way, so that teleporter is your ticket out. Just don't forget to pack enough supplies and plan your escape route; Survival mode doesn't pull any punches!

Teleport, my friend! That's your exit strategy from the Institute in Survival mode. Just hit up that teleporter once you're done with your Institute business. But heads up, survival mode is a whole different beast. Make sure you're well-prepped with supplies and a solid game plan.
It's easy, just use the teleporter... but honestly, why leave? The Institute has clean beds and no radiation. Plus, you're safe from deathclaws. ;)
