Speedrunning story missions on a higher difficulty with a team gives massive XP gains. Trust me, it's the fastest way up the ladder.
Honestly, just play the game and enjoy it. Levels will come naturally.
Just do every side mission you can find and join a squad for extra XP bonuses. Don't forget to grab those SHD caches!
Stay in the Dark Zone and farm NPCs. High risk but super high reward if you're good at PvP!
