Use the Time Chamber! It’s an AFK way to get EXP over time. Just leave it running when you’re not playing.
I personally found that doing daily tasks and quests gives a good chunk of XP. Try not to skip them!
Grinding Story Mode is your best bet. You'll get EXP units which are essential for leveling up your characters quickly.
Here’s a hot take: Just buy EXP units with gems. It speeds up the process way more than playing normally.
