Grind Parallel Quests! They give loads of XP, especially the high-level ones. Also, use the '40 Ton Weights' Super Soul for that sweet XP boost!
Honestly, just play with friends. Co-op missions can be quicker and more fun, plus you get the bonus of XP sharing.
