Honestly? Just use Lucky Eggs every chance you get and spam catch everything. Also do raids and make lots of friends for those XP bonuses.
Grind XP by catching every Pokemon you see and always use a Lucky Egg to double the XP gains for 30 minutes. Raid battles and completing daily Field Research tasks also give a lot of XP! Gotta catch 'em all!
Keep evolving Pokémon using cheap candy evolutions like Pidgey and Weedle while using a Lucky Egg. You'll level up faster than a Rapidash!
