Just use a Giant Effect potion! The bigger you get, the easier it is to lift the giant key.
Honestly, all you need is the Giant's Ear. Chuck it into your cauldron and drink up. Boom, giant mode activated.
I made a potion using the Giant's Ear, and it worked like a charm. Just pick up the key once you're big enough!
