I've done this recently! Open Instagram, go to 'Settings', 'Account', 'Linked Accounts', and pick Facebook. Easy and quick!
You can link your IG to your FB page by navigating to Instagram's settings and linking under 'Linked Accounts'.
Head over to Instagram settings, then to 'Account', and select 'Linked Accounts'. Choose Facebook and follow the steps. You're good to go!
