First, you gotta link your Pokemon Home account in Pokemon GO settings. Just scroll to it, tap, and sign in with your Nintendo credentials. Boom, you're good to go!

Linking them is pretty straightforward. Tap Settings in Pokemon GO, find Pokemon Home, and log in with Nintendo. That's it!
