For a wireless Xbox 360 controller, grab an Xbox Wireless Receiver for Windows, plug it in, and sync it using the button on both the receiver and the controller.

If it's a wired Xbox 360 controller, just plug it into the USB port on your PC. Windows should install the drivers automatically, and you're good to go!

You'll need an Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver if it's a wireless controller or simply a USB cable if it's wired. Plug in, let the drivers install, and you're ready to game!

Forget all that, just use it wired. Plug it in via USB and Windows will do the rest. Easy peasy.

From my experience, getting a wireless receiver and syncing it with your controller is the best way to go. It's seamless once the drivers are installed.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
