You can't directly transfer an Xbox Game Pass from one account to another, but you can set your console as 'Home Xbox' for the account with Game Pass. Then any other profile on that console can use the subscription! Just go to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox.

No official way to link game passes to different accounts. Just use the home Xbox feature to share it.

I've done this myself! Set the console where you want to share Game Pass as 'home'. It allows any account on that console to access it. Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox.
