You can load a specific save in Undertale by manipulating the save files. Just locate the save file folder (usually found in AppData/Roaming/UNDERTALE on Windows) and replace the current save file with a backup save file, renaming it appropriately to match the file name structure.

I've done this a bunch of times. Just find your 'file0' and 'file8' in the save directory, make backups, and swap them as needed. Easy peasy!
