First, you need to have the Spotify Premium Student plan. Log into your Spotify account, go to your account overview, and find the 'Activate Hulu' option. Follow the steps to link and log into your Hulu account.
I used Spotify Premium for Students and got Hulu by just activating it through my Spotify account page. Easy as pie!
