First off, try lowering your game settings. Dropping the graphics quality, shadows, and textures can significantly reduce CPU load. Also, make sure you're running the latest graphics drivers and consider setting Valorant's priority to 'high' in the Task Manager.

Closing background applications you're not using can also help a lot. Stuff like web browsers, Discord, or any other heavy applications running in the background can eat up your CPU resources. So, give your PC a break and close them when you're playing Valorant.

Honestly, just upgrade your PC. If you're still struggling after trying everything, it might be time.

Cap your FPS. If you let Valorant run wild with uncapped frames, your CPU is going to sweat trying to keep up. Limiting your FPS in the game settings can prevent your CPU from overworking itself.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
