Just play at the default resolution, your eyes will thank you. Seriously though, why downgrade?

Did this myself to get better FPS. In 'Settings' > 'Video' > 'General,' you can change the resolution. Dropping it really boosted my game's smoothness. Don't forget to hit 'Apply' to save the changes!
