Actually, don鈥檛 stress too much about the Pioneer Scout quest if it's not your thing. There鈥檚 an easier way! Just visit Morgantown Airport's overseer cache. Inside, you'll find a small backpack plan. It doesn鈥檛 hold as much as the standard one, but hey, it's something!
