Honestly, crafting stations are overrated. Just find a loom in an abandoned house and you're set for a while.
Just get wood and hit craft, dude. It's literally the first thing you can make.
Super simple! Just chop down some trees to get wood, then open your inventory and find the 'Work Bench' option under the crafting menu. The Work Bench is your basic crafting station in Terraria. Once you place it down, you can craft a ton more items. As you progress, you'll collect different materials that let you craft even more advanced stations!
