Just go to your event, click on 'Edit,' and make sure the privacy is set to 'Public.' Boom, it's shareable!
From my experience, switching the event to 'Public' and then sharing the link has worked wonders for getting the word out!
You can only share a Facebook event if it's public. Otherwise, it stays within the invite list.
