Yo, just head over to the Multi Lobby or Single Lobby. Pull out your Comm menu, choose 'Team' and invite your buddies!
Forget all that, just meet up in the Multi Lobby and smash that 'Invite to Team' button. Done.
Been playing Xenoverse 2 for a while. Go to the Multi Lobby, open your player list, pick a friend, and invite them to your team. Works like a charm!
