To make a primary account on your ps5, head to Settings -> Users and Accounts -> Other -> Console Sharing and Offline Play -> Enable. Done.

Creating a primary account on your PS5 is pretty easy! Just go to 'Settings', then 'Users and Accounts', then 'Other', and finally 'Console Sharing and Offline Play'. Enable it, and you're good to go!
