You can make a Splatoon wig by using craft wire for the structure and colored yarn or felt to mimic the tentacles! Just shape the wire into the desired tentacle patterns, wrap the yarn around it, and voila - you've got yourself some Inkling style!

Get a plain wig in your chosen color, then add foam craft tentacles. Paint them with fabric paint for that authentic ink-splatter look.
