Just craft Night's Edge and Excalibur, upgrade 'em to their 'true' forms with Broken Hero Swords, then smash 'em together. Easy peasy.

Making a Terra Blade in Terraria is an epic quest of its own! First off, you're gonna need to craft or find three swords: the Night's Edge, Excalibur, and True Excalibur. Night's Edge is made by combining a Light's Bane/Blood Butcherer, Muramasa, Blade of Grass, and Fiery Greatsword at a Demon Altar. For Excalibur, you'll need to defeat some mechanical bosses for Hallowed Bars. Upgrade Excalibur to True Excalibur using Broken Hero Swords dropped during Solar Eclipses. Finally, fuse True Excalibur and True Night's Edge at a Mythril/Orichalcum Anvil, and boom, you got yourself a Terra Blade. It's a journey, but totally worth it!

tbh, Terra Blade's overrated. Why not try Flairon or Terra Prism? Way cooler IMO.
