Ok, hot take: just use Instagram's 'Boomerang' feature in Stories. It's practically a GIF and super easy to use.
I usually make mine with Photoshop. Export your frames as a GIF, then transfer it to your phone and upload it to Instagram. Takes more effort but it looks amazing!
