To make another baby, make sure your couple is married and then buy a crib from the home store. Place the crib in the house, tap on it, and select the 'Add Sim' option. Voilà, a new baby is on the way!

Easiest way is to have a married couple, get a crib from the Home Store, and then click on the crib to add a baby. Simple as that!

You can't make another baby if you havent upgraded your house. Do that first.
