In build mode, use the level tool to add a new floor. Then start crafting your dream second story! Make sure you've got enough money saved up.
Click on the up arrow in build mode to add another level. Beware, it can get pricey!
Just put a roof on your first floor and then go up to the next level in build mode to add more!
Honestly, you might not need a second story. Sometimes single-floor homes are all you need!
