You can craft Ash by obtaining his parts from Grineer Manic enemies during certain missions. Collect Ash Blueprint from the Market for credits, then beat up some Grineer Manic units to get his Neuroptics, Chassis, and Systems blueprints. Once you've got all the parts, head to the Foundry and start crafting!
