How to Make Broken War in Warframe
To craft Broken War, you need to first get the Broken War Blueprint. You can get it as a drop from the Shadow Stalker, who appears after you complete the Second Dream quest. Once you have the blueprint, you'll need Neurodes, Orokin Cells, and some other materials. Happy hunting, Tenno!

You need to defeat the Shadow Stalker to get the blueprint. After that, just gather the required resources. Easy peasy!
LOL, just buy the parts from other players. Sometimes farming isn't worth the grind, ya know?
I got mine after completing the Second Dream quest and defeating the Shadow Stalker a couple of times. It's worth it for the cool factor alone!
