To make a Cell Phone in Terraria, you gotta combine a bunch of items - PDA, Magic Mirror (or Ice Mirror) - at a Tinkerer's Workshop. The tricky part? The PDA itself is a combo of 4 accessories (GPS, R.E.K. 3000, Goblin Tech, Fish Finder) and each of those is made from smaller pieces. So, yeah, it's a project! Start by gathering all the components for the GPS, R.E.K. 3000, Goblin Tech, and Fish Finder. Once you've got those, combine them to make the PDA, then add your Mirror to finally get that Cell Phone.

Honestly? Getting the Cell Phone in Terraria is a long haul but SO worth it for the convenience. Took me ages to gather everything, but being able to teleport and access all that info without switching items is game-changing.
