The easiest way is to use Instagram's built-in Layout feature! Open Stories, swipe up, and select Layout. Voila, instant collage!
Honestly, just use Instagram's Layout. No other app needed. Done.
You can manually add photos by opening Stories, selecting each picture one by one, and resizing/moving them around. Old school but effective!
