You can't officially make Dwayne Johnson in Infinity Craft, but you can create a lookalike character by customizing your avatar with a bald head, muscular build, and perhaps some wrestling gear. The Rock would be proud!
Just build a giant statue of him out of stone blocks. It's called 'The Rock' for a reason, right?
