In the menu at the top right of Facebook (the little arrow), click 'Create' and select 'Page.' Follow the prompts and choose 'Business or Brand' when asked.

I've done this a few times. Go to your Page, click 'Edit Page Info' on the left side, and then add your business details. Simple as that!
