First up, you're gonna want some basics: a blank Funko Pop, acrylic paints, and a fine detail brush. Think of it like customizing your mini avatar! You can either sculpt new parts with air-dry clay or modify existing pieces for that personal touch. Don't forget to seal it with a clear coat to keep your masterpiece looking fresh!

I made one for my buddy’s birthday, turned his band’s lead singer into a Funko Pop. My advice? Patience is key, especially when painting. Thin your paint to avoid clumping and give it plenty of time to dry between coats. Also, practice sketching your design before you start painting directly on the Pop!

Hot take: just buy the one you want. Making customs is fun, but time ≠ money, folks.

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
