Kitana's look isn't complete without her iconic fans. I made mine from blue craft foam and bamboo sticks. Just be prepared for some serious cutting and painting.
Channel your inner Edenian princess by starting with a blue leotard and matching tights. Add a pair of blue bracers on your forearms, and fashion a mask and fan using blue and white craft foam. Last but not least, don鈥檛 forget the thigh-high boots and headband!
IMO, easiest way: Blue leotard, mask from Amazon, and DIY foam fans. Done.
From experience, the hardest part was the fans. I'd recommend a blue leotard, sash, and DIY mask. But those fans took forever! Got them right after like three tries.
