You need 4 Neon pets of the same kind, then take them to the mysterious Neon Cave and combine them into a Mega Neon!
Take four Neon pets, raise them to full maturity, and head to the Neon Cave. Voil脿, Mega Neon magic!
From personal experience, raising those Neons to full-grown can be a grind, but the Mega Neon payoff is totally worth it!
