Just build more Water Treatment rooms and slap in Dwellers with good Perception. Bigger rooms and better Dwellers = more water.
Honestly, water's overrated. Focus on Nuka-Cola bottlers if you can. They sort out food AND water, killing two birds with one stone.
Make sure your water production exceeds your consumption by keeping an eye on the resource bars at the top of the screen. Overproduction is key because it allows you to stockpile water for when you expand your vault and add more Dwellers. Always plan ahead!
