You can make your Facebook account unsearchable by heading to Privacy Settings and changing who can look you up using the email/phone number you provided to 'Only Me'. Worked like a charm for me!
Change your privacy settings to 'Friends Only' and remove your profile from search engines in Facebook settings. Easy peasy!
If you want to go super stealth mode, tighten those privacy settings, remove yourself from search engines, and avoid tagging yourself in posts.
