Get your Nuclear Reactor up and running by finding the fragments to unlock its blueprint, then craft it in your base. Load it with Reactor Rods, which are made from Uraninite Crystals, Lead, and Titanium. Just be sure to decommission the used rods properly!
Once you scan for the blueprint and build your reactor, fuel it with Reactor Rods crafted from Uraninite Crystals and Lead. Easy peasy.
Built mine at 200m depth, and it's been powering my base without a hitch! Just keep an eye on those Reactor Rods and swap them out when needed.
