First-hand experience here: Click on the three dots on your profile page, select 'Edit Profile,' then adjust your privacy settings to 'Public.' I've done it myself, and it works like a charm.
Easy peasy! Go to your profile, click the three dots under your cover photo, and select 'Edit Profile.' Scroll down to 'Privacy' and set everything to 'Public.' Voilà, you're public!
