I personally use Dyno for reaction roles. The setup is pretty straightforward: head to the Dyno dashboard, navigate to the modules, and configure the reaction roles there. Easy peasy!
You can also use the Discord bot called YAGPDB. Just add it to your server, use its command to set up the reaction roles, and let your members react away!
Why not just use Discord's built-in slash commands and simplify your life? Bots aren't necessary!
