Returns? Just go to 'My Orders' in the app. It’s all self-explanatory from there. You're welcome!

Making a return to SHEIN is super easy! Just log into your account, go to 'My Orders,' select the item you want to return, and click 'Return Item.' Follow the instructions, print out the return label, and ship it back. Happy returning!

Just did a return last week. Go to your order history, find the item, and click 'Return Item.' Print the label and drop it off at your local post office. Done and dusted!

I returned a dress last month. Easy peasy: log into your SHEIN account, go to 'My Orders,' select the item, and follow the return process. Print the return label and voila!

If you shop on SHEIN, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the credit for the SHEIN app, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
