First off, you gotta defeat the Moon Lord to get Luminite, then mine it. You're gonna need 45 luminite bars total. Then, mix that with 36 Solar Fragments at an Ancient Manipulator to get your shiny Solar Flare Armor. It's a grind but totally worth it!
