Start by marinating chicken in a mix of turmeric, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and yogurt. In a pot, heat oil and sauté onions till golden, add tomatoes and cook till soft. Mix in ground coriander, cumin, fennel seeds, and garam masala. Lastly, add the marinated chicken and water, let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with curry leaves and enjoy!

Just throw some chicken in a pot with a bunch of spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric). Cook till done. Voila!

I’ve made it a ton. Marinate chicken with turmeric, chili powder, salt, and yogurt. In a deep pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, and dried red chilies till they splutter. Add onions, garlic, and ginger, cook till golden. Toss in tomatoes, coriander, cumin, and garam masala. Finally, add the marinated chicken and water, simmer till the chicken is tender and juicy. Garnish with fresh coriander!

Simple! First, marinate chicken with turmeric, salt, chili powder, and yogurt. Then, sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes in oil. Add coriander, cumin, and garam masala, cook till aromatic, and combine with the marinated chicken. Simmer till chicken is tender and finish with fresh cilantro!
