Subnautica doesn't officially support multiplayer or LAN servers, but you can use mods like Nitrox to enable limited multiplayer functionality. Install Nitrox and follow the instructions on their GitHub page to get started!

Yeah, about that LAN server... Subnautica is a single-player game. Look into the Nitrox mod if you're determined, but it's not perfect.

Unfortunately, Subnautica doesn't have built-in multiplayer support. Your best bet is to use the Nitrox mod to set up a LAN multiplayer environment. Google Nitrox Subnautica mod for guides and downloads.

Honestly, I tried the Nitrox mod, and while it's a bit buggy, I got it running for local multiplayer with friends. Worth a shot if you love the game!

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
