To set up supply lines in Fallout 4, you first need to unlock the Local Leader perk in the Charisma skill tree - you'll need at least a Charisma level of 6. Once you've got that, stroll over to one of your settlers in a settlement, enter workshop mode, and you'll see the option to assign them to a supply line. Just pick the destination settlement and bam, you're connected! This lets you share resources between settlements, making your post-apocalyptic life a tad easier.

Honestly, just focus on getting the Local Leader perk ASAP. It changes the game, making resource management way smoother. Trust me, having a network of settlements sharing resources makes you feel like the king of the wasteland.

Just get the Local Leader perk and click on a settler, dude. Supply lines = done.

People overcomplicate it. Charisma 6, Local Leader, click settler, create supply line. Simple.
