Making the Excalibur in Terraria is like becoming a knight in shiny pixels! First things first, gather 12 Hallowed Bars. Hate to be that guy, but honestly, making the Excalibur isn't even the endgame. It's all about upgrading it to the True Excalibur later on. But yeah, start with 12 Hallowed Bars and a Mythril/Orichalcum Anvil.
